Guest guest
Alma, With ever diminishing enzyme levels, internal organs begin to collect deposits of fibrin, causing women to develop conditions such as uterine fibroid tumors, which are made up of fibrotic tissue and muscle cells, formed by fibrin deposition. And what gets rid of fibrin? Digestive enzymes! Especially those which contain serrapeptase. Take several tow to three times a day on an empty stomach, and fibrous deposits such as fibroid tissues, old scars and scar tissues, fibrin in arthritic joints, etc., will utimately be gone The best product I know of is Garden of Life's Primal defense. You might look around, but the best price I have found is at iherb.com, where you can get $5 off on your first order if you use my referral code of X0T949. To answer an earlier questioner, unfortunately, those folks have no affiliate program, but each new buyer who uses my code does give me a slight referral bonus to use on our own purchases. Last time I looked it was up to almost $8 (whoopee, huh?). Inositol/IP6 is another supplement that might have good results with fiborid tumors. If it were me, I would go with it and the digestive enzymes as the primary mode of attack against fibroid tumors and also take colloidal silver regularly as it is a good complimentary item to help dissolve tumors. Have you tried cayenne pepper tincture for that internal bleeding? One to three droppersful does the trick for many people with internal bleeding problems, including . Now, about that anemia: Iron deficiency anemia is the most common type of anemia, and is usually caused by blood loss of some type. * Focus on iron rich foods such as; - Well cooked oysters and clams -- Tofu - Organ meats like pork or calf liver - Sardines, tuna, and shrimp - Whole grains and whole grain fortified cereals. - Grape juice (no sugar or preservatives added) is an excellent source of iron. Drink an 8 oz glass every day. - Eat 2 dried apricots every morning after breakfast and every night after dinner - Eat a peach a day when they are in season, they help wash away toxins. - Eat prunes and drink prune juice - Snack on raisins and pumpkin seeds - Raw pumpkin (not canned or cooked) pulp and squash have purifying properties - Garlic helps to thin and fortify the blood. Eat raw garlic and/or take a garlic supplement daily. - Raw sauerkraut (not canned), does wonders on fortifying the blood. Eat 2 to 4 Tbsp a day, right after a meal. Raw sauerkraut can be found at a health food store, or you can prepare it yourself. If anyone would like the recipe let me know. - Drink fresh carrot juice as often as once a day, if you have access to a juicer, or eat raw carrots. They contain calcium, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. * Include vitamin C foods when eating foods that contain iron. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Enhance your diet with foods such as; - Fruits - oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, and pineapples - Vegetables - broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower - If you take an iron supplement, swallow it with orange juice or any other juice that's high in vitamin C. Before taking an iron supplement be sure to talk to your doctor first to see if you need to take one because too much iron is just as bad as not having enough, if not worse. * Eat protein with every meal. Protein facilitates iron absorption. - Eat high protein, lean meats and poultry. Also add low-fat cheeses and nuts to your daily diet. * Space your supplements out. The more iron you consume at once, the less the body actually takes in. Eating small iron-rich meals every 2 to 3 hours can help you absorb iron more effectively. * Flavor your water. - A spritz of C-laden lemon, lime, tangerine, or orange juice in your water not only makes a tasty drink, but it also assists with iron absorption. * Use cast iron cookware. Tiny iron particles from the cookware are transferred to food and can provide a significant source of dietary iron. Source: www.tbyil.com/Anemia.htm (note, there are other suggestions there for the two less common forms of anemia - B12, or pernicious, anemia and folate anemia) Also, digestive enzymes and probiotics can help with the absorption of all nutrients, including iron. And I might note that, without knowing your ob/gyn, virtually all mainstream doctors usually advice against alternative approaches to virtually any condition. I hope that you find some of these suggestions and information helpful, All the best, oleander soup , "almalalonde" <almalalonde wrote:>> My OB/GYN says my best option is to have a hysterectomy. Guest guest
Digestive enzymes will help with the anemia a tiny bit because they will make nutrients in your food bioavailable. In order to affect fibrin, proteolytic enzymes are used...between meals. They do get rid of fibroids. Not as quickly as surgery but they cost way less when compared to that alternative. That being said, there are several brands of proteolytic enzymes that are popular and work......Vitalzym, Wobenzym, Neprinol, Blockbuster All Clear, Boluoke....there are many more these days. If you buy a combination capsule (not tablet), be sure it contains serrapeptase. You can purchase serrapeptase as a single enzyme or in combination. "Consistent, aggressive dosing three times per day. Enzyme formulas that are all plant-based do not stay in the bloodstream very long. Strict dosing schedules must be adhered to in order to maintain a therapeutic level of enzymes in the blood. Commonly, women who try and fail at Systemic Enzyme Therapy for fibroids take only the minimum dose. Most products do not explain the importance of finding an activation dose. This is done by steadily increasing dose after the first week of use. As an example, some women may remain on three capsules three times per day as directed on the label when their therapeutic activation may not occur until they have increased the dose to nine capsules three times per day! Activation is realized when bowel activity is increases dramatically, heat is felt at the sites of old injuries or scars, or other less definable but noticeable changes occur in the body’s function. In other words, you begin to tell something is happening. There is no adverse effect from taking large amounts of enzymes; they are non-toxic, native to our body and impossible to overdose" Many online sites discuss the diff between enteric and non enteric coated serrapeptase. I infer from my research and discussion on the Silver List that it is of little consequence. Further, what is of consequence is that you take it regularly, between meals for several months. It is not a drug and does not work like a drug or have the side effects of a drug. Perhaps you can get your doc to prescribe B-12 shots to help with the anemia. If not, sublingual tablets work better than those going thru' the digestive tract. I personally use B-12 from an animal feed store topically with DMSO but that's probably not for you unless you do the research. Are you using caffeine? You might consider abandoning it for a while. As someone else mentioned, cayenne is long used to stop bleeding, internally and externally. IF you choose to take capsules you may experience stomach pain if you are not in the habit of consuming spicy condiments. The mouth prepares the stomach for what is to come and capsules circumvent that warning system. It is of no consequence to those with healthy stomachs but if yours is sensitive, put some cayenne on a damp finger and lick it off, then take the capsules followed by milk or something with fat in it. references & sources: //uterinefibroids.meetup.com/boards/thread/1146301 //www.articlefeeder.com/Diseases__Conditions_and_Treatments/The_Essential_Facts_on_How_to_Shrink_Fibroids_Using_Systemic_Enzyme_Formulas.html //www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzym/fibroid_tumors.html //www.naturodoc.com/library/heart/boluoke.htm //expertdoctor.blogspot.com/2009/08/how-to-shrink-fibroids-using-systemic.html //fightfibroids.blogspot.com/2008/03/shrinking-fibroids-naturally-vitalzym.html //www.regenerativenutrition.com/content.asp?id=465 //www.losethebackpain.com/uterine-fibroids.html //pivotalhealth.info/fibroids //www.raysahelian.com/fibroids.html //books.google.com/books?id=2s_q2y_J3rwC & pg=PA419 & lpg=PA419 & dq=proteolytic+enzymes+fibroid & source=bl & ots=cR31tVMcu_ & sig=c4JwRfcy42NDWhY8qIzV1bubSTE & hl=en & ei=T9yXSvuPD4vyMc_lgMQF & sa=X & oi=book_result & ct=result & resnum=7#v=onepage & q=proteolytic%20enzymes%20fibroid & f=false //www.healthsearches.org/Categories_of_Q & A/Health_for_Women/1410.php //www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkXZtKa3nV8 //www.nutritionalwellness.com/archives/2006/jul/07_proteolytic.php //www.enzymus.com/fibrovera //www.vitacost.com/Doctors-Best-Best-Proteolytic-Enzymes?csrc=GPF-753950001848 //www.luckyvitamin.com/searchResult?s= & criteria= & keyword=proteolytic //www.puritan.com/enzymes-130/serrapeptase-enzyme-90000-iu-017605?NewPage=1 Studies have linked caffeine use to abnormal heart rhythms, stroke, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, first-trimester miscarriages, abnormal fetal development and low birth weight in infants, adverse drug interactions, anxiety and panic attacks, bladder irritation, certain types of cancer, higher cholesterol levels, fibroids and fibrocystic breast disease, heartburn, hypertension, osteoporosis, prostate irritation, sleep disorders, and ulcers.
