Guest guest
Eggplant Cures Skin Cancerby Melanie Grimes, citizen journalistSee all articles by this authorEmail this author(NaturalNews) An ingredient in common eggplant has been shown to cure cancer. The eggplant extract is a phytochemical called solasodine glycoside, or BEC5. Dr. Bill E. Cham discovered it, after hearing of a folk medicine cure from Australian farmers. They told him of eye cancers cured in cattle after application of a poultice made from the fruit of a weed called Devil's Apple, known in Latin as Solanum linnaeanum. This plant is part of the Solanacea family, which includes other common vegetables such as tomato and eggplant.BEC5 works by bonding to a receptor on the surface of the cancer cell. After the cell digests the eggplant extract, it causes the cell to rupture. The cancer cell is destroyed and its contents are then reabsorbed by the body.BEC5 has been proven effective in treating over 80,000 cases of skin cancer, preventing surgery. The types of cancer treated by eggplant are both invasive and non-invasive non-melanoma skin cancers. In every case the cancers went into remission and did not return. Australians have been curing their skin cancers using these phytochemicals for decades.BEC5 acts by killing cancer cells without harming any other healthy cells in the human body. BEC5 can also be used to treat actinic keratose, the precursor to cancer, as well as age or sunspots on the skin.Actinic keratoses are a possible predictor of skin cancer. These red patches caused by sun exposure are made of abnormal cells that can mutate into malignant cells in the basal, or lower layers of the skin. Squamous cell carcinomas are another common form of skin cancer, and one which causes nearly two thousands deaths annually. This wart-type growth has irregular borders and can also be treated with the eggplant extract.Used as a cream for over twenty-five years in clinical trials in both Australia and the United Kingdom, BEC5 had success rate of over 78% when applied for eight weeks. Used for 12 weeks, the cream had a 100% success rate in removing cancers, none of which returned for the following five years.Over one million new cases of non-melanoma skin cancers are diagnosed each year in the United States alone. Skin cancer is now the most common illness in men over the age of 50. It is even more common than lung, prostate or colon cancer. Incidences are so common that one out of three Caucasians are now expected to develop skin cancer at some point in their lives. With this simple, natural remedy, many surgeries might be prevented and health restored.http://ahha.org/SkinCancerCure.htmhttp://www.lmreview.com/articles/eg...http://www.skincancer.org/http://www.cancer.org/docroot/lrn/l... - Dr. Loretta Lanphier oleander soup Wednesday, November 18, 2009 9:07 PM Importance of Vitamin D3 Today I put up a very informative video from the UCSD School of Medicine on my blog about the importance of Vitamin D3. The first video is a bit technical and the second video says a lot of the same thing but explains better in lay terms about the extreme importance of having enough Vitamin D3 in the body. Be sure to notice the US map in the first video. I have yet to see one cancer patient who has normal Vitamin D levels……most are extremely deficient.Every cancer protocol should include getting D3 levels checked and every person whether they have cancer or not should get their levels checked so they will have a baseline in which to compare future testing.Vitamin D3 – Reducing the Incidence of Cancer Be sure to turn the music off so you can hear the video -- scroll down to the bottom of the page to the green “playlist” and click on the large round button (has two vertical lines on it) on the left. Have a great Thursday!!Be Well~Dr.L
Guest guest
Wow!! Look at the structure of solanine---Mother Nature is truly majestic. I have used the salve on basal and squamous cell cancers on my hands and arms with good result. Being a Florida native and farmer who loves to fish I have had my share of the sun. The compound is toxic. We have a weed of the same family called deadly nightshade that has a high concentration and has killed cattle. For years people would not eat tomatoes for fear of poison. Hard to believe now. The frying must remove most of it from green tomatoes or I would have been sick or dead long ago. Hi Bob, Calling upon an old memory, I have looked up this: SOLANIN: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanine Quote: " Mechanism of Action One study suggests that the toxic mechanism of solanine is caused by the chemical's interaction with mitochondrial membranes. Experiments show that solanine exposure opens the potassium channels of mitochondria, increasing their membrane potential. This in turn leads to Ca2+ being transported down its concentration gradient into the mitochondria, and it is this increased concentration of Ca2+ in the cell that triggers cell damage and apoptosis.[2] " unquote We are talking potatoes and tomatoes among other nightshades. Solanin is a quite poisonous alkaloid when ingested, never the less it is readily available and does exactly what the Pharma [just below] is doing with their extract ointment. It may be worth applying the green potato (berries and/or stalk and leaf) mash topically on exposed tumors, skin and otherwise. Considering the calcium involvement, addition of small amount of calcium chloride to the topical application would appear to make a good sense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanum_linnaeanum Solbec Pharmaceuticals has developed Coramsine[5], a 1:1 mixture of the alkaloids solamargine and solasonine extracted from Solanum linnaeanum. A protocol for Phase II trials against advanced solid tumors was presented in 2005[6]. The above is admittedly a speculation on solanin. DEFINITELY NOT FOR INTERNAL USE! READ THE WHOLE WIKIPEDIA ARTICLE! Solanin does not appear to discriminate between healthy and cancerous cells.
