Dear Shri Sharmaji, I and my friend checked with his lawyer, the advocate is saying, that, considering the technicality, we have to file for a petition before the completion of 1 year, ...if we do it after 23rd march 2009, it will be too late & the only basis with my friend will be divorce on basis of cruelty by his spouse which is very difficult for a man to prove, however very easy for a woman to prove, considering the biased laws....Hence, it is for sure that by 15th nov. 08, my frnd will get into legal actions, he has to before they start, as advised by the advocate....... In such case, if astrologically, the period becomes too tough for him & his parents, what special prayers or s/ kriyaas you will advise him.....?? i cant see the declining health of uncle auntijee......i wish n pray to almighty, unki woh balaa , i.e. daughter in law, jald-se jald tal jaaye, let her go away from their lives immediately...i wish i could do some black magic & perish that evil girl....anyways, GOD save my friend n his parents........ actually, sir, the girl is now very happy, coz auntijee had a talk with her...that time she sounded very happy for the separation.....now her parents r trying to be villains by demanding huge some of money, & threatening that if my frnd n his parents dont give them money they will drag my frnd into false legal actions...so we r more worried.... sharmaji, i sincerely thank U for ur timely & prompt advise...u r most free n welcome to give ur practical & valuable guidances, as n when u feel....i shall also be referring u in future as n when required, hope u will guide us even in future.... thank U high regards......

Dear Rajsekharjee, Thank You for ur practical words of wisdom & guidance..... I checked out with my friend, whether he wishes to reconcile it ...however, he told, that there is no such scope since his wife has already declared in front of their family friend that the marriage was forced upon her by her parents against her will n wish.....thus, if a girl of 23 can say such statements, it clearly means that she is firm in her resolve not to reconcile or even allow anyone to do so.....the most amazing thing is even after alleging her parents for forcing the marriage onto her, she finds solace with her parents.....& hence is there for the past 4 months.....anyways that is her excuse to get rid of this relation..... What I & my friend fear is for the long trials which may start if his in-laws initiate any legal proceeding against my friend....So in this regard, I would like to know, whether u see any long running legal battle,after astro-analysis, into which my friend shall be dragged for no fault of his....If so, by doing what prayers & to what GOD, he can safely come out of this situation without being required to shell out any money .....If possible please put light onto this.... Dear Learned members. pls help my friend. His details are as below - Friend's details - DOB-16/06/1980, TOB - 02.37 PM, POB- Miraj (Latitude: 16° 49' 60 N, Longitude: 74° 37' 60 E). His wife's details are - 09/08/1986 , 7.20 PM, Ahmdbad, Gujarat(23.02N, 72.37E) His marriage happened on 23rdmarch 2008, but has failed miserably, wife no longer staying with him now for the past 4 months, my friend & his parents are living in fear, as his wife & her parents may falsely employ the existing draconian marital laws which are biased to great extent in the favour of women....... kindly let us know what lies in future for them- 1. Is there a break-up in their husband-wife relationship.......? 2. Does my friend have a second marriage yoga........? 3. My friend's advocate has suggested him to file for a divorce petition by 15th November, how long will the case go......according to astro-analysis........? 4. What advise you would give to my friend to file for divorce or NO....? 5. How long u foresee this problem in my friends life.......he & his parents are becoming more worried day by day & fear for a false legal action, which is prominent these days.....since laws r biased towards women.....when he will be free out of this problem of this relation.......?? 6. what special prayers/ kriyas, you would advise my friend.....to come out of this relation safely without any shelling out of money.?
