In my wives horoscope-11.30 am,june 5th 1980,bangalore...planet shani is in lagna and moon in the 7 th house...which happens to be kumbha rashi...i.e lord shani's house itself.Incidentally it took nearly 3 years for her to find me although we were just a few kms away from each other..I guess what u have said is true in her experience of anguish and delay in finding the right groom.But as of now both of us have a good understanding and mutual respect and space...Lord shani doesnt only do harm..he makes things hard to achieve and helps to sustain later if we work hard enough..

Our house lord or family lord is Lord Lakshmi Narasimha swamy of Sholinghur near kanchipuram.They say that we should not visit thirupathi by ourselves and can only accompany other people without offering any major pooia or offering.Also they say we should not worship Lord Venkateshwara or Tirupathi Balaji. I just have a query why this differences betn the Lords?Is there any Mythological evidence or story behind this practice.Could anyone give inputs on this.thanks
