The heirarchy is as Below 1> Shri Vishnu ---- The supreme 2> Shri Lakshmi -------- The next to supreme 3> Brahma /Vayu 4> Saraswati/Bharati 5> Shiva 6> Parvati ----- Hanuman /Bhima/Madhwacharya are avatars of Vayu & it is very wrong to call them avtar of Shiva Ashwathama, & some the great gurus like durvasur, Shukacharya (who narrated Bhagvat purana to Parikshit) are all avtars of Shiva
