I am suffering from non alcoholic lever cirhosis. As per doctor it was due to hyper acidity. It led to leaking of blood vessels. I did sonography after one year and found that there are liver is normal size, reveals coarse echotexture. No evidence of surface nodularity. not focal lesion seen. Gall bladder is distended and shows wall thickening with multiple collaterals. There is splenomegaly (splenic span is 22.7 cm) and reveals multiple tiny calcific foci. No acites. kidneys normal. No evidence of scarring, hydronephrosis or calculi. Ureters are not dilated. urinary bladder does not reveal any intrinsic lesion. Portal vein is dilated measuring 15.3 cm Volume flow 15mm 11mm respectively. There is renalisation of paraumbical vein. Extensive collaterals are seen in abdominal wall, gastro-esophageal, splenic hilum and gall bladder wall (Comments: 1. Coarse echotexture of liver. 2. splenomegaly with tiny granulomas. 3.recanalized vein. 4. extensive collaterals
My question is what should be my ideal diet? Can liver cells will be restored? Can I recover completely from liver disease? What care should i take to avoid this?
