Hi I love Ayurveda medicine i think it is wonderful , no chemicals like from Doc's medication , my first experience was ... I had high blood pressure really high and the Doc wanted me on medication which i didn't want to have to take , so i done my research and found Ayurveda , i used Muka Vati i was amazed how fast in fact 4 days my blood pressure was down , i took 2 tabs twice a day for a couple of weeks then went down to 1 twice a day then to just 1 a day , i took the one a day for 18 mts and never needed to take is since , i was so impressed my Doc didn;t want to know (how awful ) .One think i did notice with it was i seemed to have a stuffy nose all the time i was taking it , also i would never go up the ladder on my own to the Mezanine and one day i just went up there , then i realzed what i had done , how strange . I have had underactive thryoid for 6 years i recently had a scan on my thryoid and was told it has finished ,it is so small it's finished that is what he told me . As i have the symtoms even though i take my Levothryoxin every morning , aches in mucles and joints , weight gain ect ..... i wanted to find something that would be a general health help (as i also have a fatty liver and my husband had Gallstones ) anyhow the Doc put me one 100mg of the Levothryoxin one day and 75mg the next day so that has been the case for almost a year now . After lots of research on the internet i decided that we would both take Triphala , this is another wonderful product , my husband had been taking medication tablets for a Hiatus Hernia and has terrible intergestion for years , after two weeks of taking Triphala the symtoms where gone , he hasn't taken any medication that the Doc had given him over the years for well it will be a year in Jan 2014 he is very skepical and was very very amazed with it , now we are never to run out of it . I also take the Triphala but am not sure if it is doing anything for me , so i wondered if with having the thryoid problem what would be the best product for me , if there is any Ayurveda product out there for my condition , i will always have to take my Levothryoxin , so really to complement it..
