Hello.
I have recently learnt Tm sidhi meditation as developed by the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. My question is addressed to TM-Sidhi teachers and seasoned practitioners only please.
Maharishi mentions that during TM sidhi, one should not mentally say/think the suttras but actually FEEL them. I'm having a hard time understanding how to actually 'feel a suttra'. Can anyone help me out?
