My thought about this is that as long as the idea "I am the body and the world is real" is as extremely strongly rooted in ppl as it is now, strong enough to make them defend "their" bodies, "their" territories, "their" views and "their" culture as obsessively and vigorously as "they" do now, it may be a good thing to try and loosen this hold a little by dampening the sense of unfair sharing and lack of - (insert appropriate object or term here) that is the root of many conflicts on a national and international level. Thank you for the ideas that were brought forth on the list. Love, Amanda.
