Guest guest
Samskara's is a topic I ponder before the evening meditation ("out damn spot, out!"). A review of the day's course of life of the actions and reactions reveals much to what is dominating my thoughts, etc. IMHO, when a samskara is duly revealed - honesty plays a gigantic role in this - and to remove this lower nature, some-thing must take its place, for nature abhors a vacuum. At this time, a teacher (who or whatever that is to the individual) may be of assistance in helping to select a higher purpose to fill the void. Love, Robert PS - Beano may help with a lower chakra experience

No path goes nowhere. Paths, places, sights, perceptions, and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and subside back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It Self. In a matter of fact, You ARE not these pink elephant. When it comes to the lower chakras, they are not *lower* in the ordinary (moral) sense of the view. All chakras are equal important; no one could grow from these state of misery into the higher state - without the *lower* state of consciousness. We are not born into these state of consciousness in order to escape from it; our mission is to spiritualize, so to say, to bring the Light energies from above down into our concrete world, eliminating the dualism between *is* and *should be*. The upwards movements of Kundalini is strength, power, energy..... The downwards movement is feminine, *woman-like*, representing rest, The whole fundamental rests on these point. That the highest IS the lowest. In the novel *Siddhartha*, the German novelist Hermann Hesse described a person able to express every branch of yoga; however, unable to live the ordinary life in these dimension, which he despites with all his hearth. I am not preaching *moral*, just saying that the upwards movement, so intensively propagated by our very culture (strong expeience, intensive movies, everything *strong*) must be complementaded by the feminine, dark side of rest and sleep. So, be it. BLESSINGS FROM NORWAY
