Enjoy! I've recently had more employees too, and I was crying the blues to my mother about it, she said, in Holland there is a saying, "if you want to wish someone alot of headache, wish them many employees." In my experience, this is true, what I've found is to remember everyone has their own agenda. LOL, I promise you will be amazed to discover what agendas people have, often has nothing at all to do with their work <g>! But, truthfully, I've been lucky, my employees have proven to be generous and insightful beyond what anyone could dream possible.
