Impossible Colors

I saw

impossible colors

in the sunrise

this morning.

Can't describe them

except to say

there was

some blue

in there.

One came up

to me

and asked

for my right shoe.

I told it no,

and then asked,

"What's it like

to be an impossible

color?"

It sighed,

"It's hard to get

good shoes."
