How about the Cosmic Mind? Maybe It is like no mind (no thought no

thing, just thoughts arise spontaneously like flowers blooming with

no

history, no past, just in the present).

How could it be that our body & brain might even be transformed to

enable consciousness to become conscious of Itself? Could it involve

total brain functioning in harmony (instead of just a small part

functioning, seeking more)?

This reminds me of something reputedly said by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi:

On the question of Brahman:

Maharishi once said:

"The Absolute is pure existence, pure Isness.

Like the Absolute IS, Brahman is not.

Brahman is NOT the Absolute.

Brahman is NOT the relative.

Brahman is NOT both together.

Brahman is NOT neither. "

And a friend of mine (another Michael) also shared ...

'On the question of Brahman, again:

I am That. Self-realization.

Thou are That. God-realization.

All this is That. Unity.

And That is all that there is. Brahman.

And Brahman is The Knower.'

I thought it was rather insightful:-)

And another friend shared ( & I will add more in brackets):

"Maharishi explains that the path of C.C. is the path of mind,

Gaining C.C. is the expansion of mind.

(From individual mind to cosmic mind)

>From C.C. to U.C. is the expansion of Heart, the path of love, and

that love, and only love can rise a man from C.C. (realization of

Self) to U.C. (Realization of Brahma ).

(CC is cosmic consciousness according to Maharishi; what I believe

many are talking about here with the impersonal no thing,

attributeless, eternal, boundless, all at once, everything,

everywhere, nowhere, non moving, coexisting with the motion of life,

the something of personal experience). What Wim & others are speaking

of, is coming out to love after finding you are One. This is the

compassion of the Buddhas;-)

Consciousness does like to play!

Some say that loving surrender (devotion to transcendent) takes you

in, & Love takes you out (devotion to life) to find You are the

totality. Either way, love is unifying, so it seems.

I say this Tony for one reason. On the way in we beat up on ourselves

as NOT IT. We seek through another, any other, & anywhere else for

OUR

SELF. Anywhere else but we're It. Yet it is such a delicate matter, &

is the right play, wherever you are! So I just share & respect who

you

are & where you are as just right for you!

But to Know That Michael, that's the thing. And I do believe when one

is ready it comes. No rush.
