Is that a promise or a threat? *eg*

I've a brother who's an engineer, actually a couple, but one is dyslexic

to boot ... brilliant, but I'll leave to your obviously fertile imagination

what his writing is like ... he was born same city and day as JFK jr.

i think those guys are on a challenge course with life :-).

LOL,

Hi all,

Annette: although by now I clearly understand the principles and

usefulness of your astrological input into Maureen's broadminded

professional research into schizophrenia, and the great benefits such

data may provide for the early diagnosis, understanding and treatment

of this condition, as well as for a better understanding of

the "genius", "visionary" and "mystical" personality, the technical

details of astrology that you are so familiar with, unfortunately,

are completely beyond MY comprehension. I can hardly remember all 12

zodiac signs! Sorry. But I am sure that there will be many people who

will read your post and understand the planetary details and their

influences on human personality and potential much more than me, and

learn a thing or two from your post. I hope you will not hold my

ignorance against me, and (God forbid!) find it necessary to

apologize for it.

Maureen speaks very highly of you, Annette, and of your invaluable

help in her research. She understood and acknowledged that in my

SCHIZO TALK I was making some useful parallels between the

schizophrenic condition and the so called "normal" one, and in her

holistic and open-minded professional approach she realizes that the

boundaries between the two are often blurred, as I intuited in my

prosaic "poem", which was based purely on the observation of my own

inner states and on some basic theoretical "knowledge" I have about

schizophrenia.

Michael: I apologise for my lack of sensitivity and for my limited

knowledge of this undoubtedly terrible condition. I definitely did

not intend to make fun of this condition, or to hurt anyone's

feelings.

The thought I might hurt someone did not even occur to me, until you,

Michael, got offended on behalf of one of your family members. Sorry.

My only intention was to help, and that's where my whole focus was:

to help those among us, who are trying to hide our "madness" behind

all kinds of facades of "normality" to be free from this need and

from the personal tensions and social stigmas. Maureen (a

psychiatrist), Harsha, Annette, Amanda and many others clearly

understood my true and pure intentions, and kindly overlooked my

error, and you could try to do the same, if you can.

But thanks for pointing out this unintentional error to me. It will,

hopefully, teach me to be more careful towards the miscellaneous

sensitivities of others, next time.

Harsha: I am glad you understood that my motivation here was good. Of

course the presentation counts, too, but I think the overall motive

is a bit more important than the (details of)the form of expression.

After all, what kind of perfect English do you expect from a bloody

Slovak emigrant, and an engineer on top of it all, who never had even

1 hour of formal English in his life??? I am doing my best expressing

myself here, and only God and I know that it is not easy for me. But

I will keep on trying, anyway, don't worry.

Mark: I love you, too, and your loving and caring attitude. That's

the spirit I like!

Love,

Ivan.

Your command of English is actually excellent Ivan and your grasp of the

essential issues relating to the psyche and the spirit is formidable.

Wonderful to have your company here.

Love

Harsha
