Divine Intervention

I was speaking with the Friend this morning,

over coffee, and he said "Come with me, I

want to show you something." and we looked in

on a darkened room somewhere in the middle east

where a group of agitated men were scurrying around

attempting to plan a terrorist attack on the ballot counting

process in Florida, these silly deluded creatures were

completely unaware that one of their "brothers" in the

same room was an employee of an intelligence agency

of the USA. "Now check this out" the Friend said,

and we looked into a room in Washington DC

and there, members of the same agency were

discussing the possibility of allowing the attack

to take place in order to preserve the "Powers that be."

What a bunch of goobers!

Well, on the way home he asked me what I thought

he ought to do.( He does that a lot, and even though he

ALWAYS gets the same answer, he knows I LOVE the

burning bush and hand of God stuff.) I answered him,

"IN ALL THINGS, THY WILL BE DONE!

But I'll have to admit sometimes I miss the drama

of a real "Parting of the Sea." In all probability, the

whole thing will be settled by someone losing their

luggage, or missing a flight connection, or at most,

a single revelatory experience by a key party.

Hey! take a breath, and you have just experienced

divine intervention.
