The talking of the non-existence of approaches, the non-difference between sudden and gradual, etc., are hallmarks of the sudden approach. Now I'm not saying that in talking like this, Dan is propounding a sudden approach. He's not. Nor am I advocating a gradual approach! What's going on is birds singing, chirping away.
