Guest guest
Suppose in one's travels one encounters a rushing river, perilous in aspect, barring the way, demanding a knowledgeable boatman to traverse it's width in order to arrive on the other side. The knowledge of the boatman may be gained by the careful study of the nature of the river and the boat, and thus provide the means of safe crossing. The truly wise, and the fool however, may simply decide that all rivers are behind them. Mace
