Maha Kumbha Mela

Hello to all!

I'm a new member and I guess :) I didn't send any message yet.

I'd like to know if any of you is going to go to the Maha Kumbha Mela

in Allabhad(?)in January.

I might be going if prices are low(i fmany people goes there with the

same organization it might be the case.

Let me know.

Hi Gabrielle,

 

I do not think it is actually Maha Kumbha Mela since the last one was in 1997

and it takes place every 12 years. The "regular" Kumbha Mela is every 4 years

and this is the one, I think.

But Harsha-ji will know all about it :)

I also have been planning to do it but, unfortunately, not this time yet.

 

What wonderful plans you have! I hope you write sth about it, perhaps take some

pictures.

This is the Maha Kumbha Mela. The144th year. I'd like to go but it's not in

the 'picture ' for me but my sister is going with Kriya Yoga swamis and

group. Have a wonderful time.
