Guest guest
Jess's advice is quite good ... probably others are as good, as well. Having seen my mother go through anxiety attacks, blacking out, unrelated to meditation, I also brought her to a Qi Qong and Tai Chi teacher. I attended class with her every week for a year, she now practices on her own. It stabilized her energy and her - if you knew my mother - you'd know this all by itself is remarkeable. Our Qi Qong/Tai Chi teacher was also very well versed in accupressure so we did alot of that during class. And, the Tai Chi has alot of movements specifically designed to regulate energy flow, glandular flow, stabilizing and balancing the body's energy fields. Another suggestion is simply to spend time in nature, reconnect with nature. Christianity is really very dissociated from nature, perhaps the most of any religion, and it causes our society alot of problems as we seek to have "dominion over the animals and nature" as opposed to "live in harmony with the rest of the world."
