Can I play the tambourine?? Oh please, Harsha, can I? Of course, I have never played one, but I'm sure that being in the presence of you and Sri Sri Jerry will have magical effects on people such as myself (who are stuck to the earth plane with a sort of superglue of thoughts, fears and doubts). With tambourine (almost) at the ready- Mike (and may all of you out there have a pleasant and peaceful week)
Guest guest
Thank you White Wolf for this beautiful offering and welcome to the Sangha. You seem to compose so easily and spontaneously. It's a gift, perhaps like spiritual rap music. We have other musicians here also like Bruce. I can see us all sitting in a circle in Jerrysan Rinpoche's Zen garden on some warm summer night looking at the stars and singing, "What the world needs now is love sweet love..." Love Harsha White Wolf [valemar (AT) mlode (DOT) com]Sunday, February 18, 2001 1:54 PMTo: Subject: Love is a Snowflake Descending (For Harsha) When love comes, it comes as a snowflake descending upon the breath of the entire cosmos it swirls from the compassionate heart of those who have run before us and reached the summit if floats down ever so gently in profound silence dauncing in consort with all spiritual ancestors drifting without direction, first this way, then that When love comes, it comes as a snowflake dauncing in the intergalactic wind of fire and ice listening we hear what only the pure heart hears seeing we see that which only the clean heart sees falling we softly float downward to and into love drifting first this way and then that, we discover that we are a snowflake seen by the eye of God When love comes, it comes as a snowflake so recognized, we yield, we coalesce, we kneel as one who discovers final victory only in defeat endless joy of holy lips kissing profane sorrow as two embracing in an indigo flash of amethyst we melt and surrender our oneness to the many so that many may become one again and again Having done so we join the ethereal chorale Singing, forever without effort or movement , Endlessly choiring the sweet noise of Namaste Namaste, Namaste, Namate, universe without end. Love Harsha Oh Wow, this special occasion makes me want to sing AND dance!! The sangha will be blessed and even more love here, brought by the presence of White Wolfe and his poetry. For those who do not yet know him, you may read an interview of Mark on NDS, with beautiful mystical stories beginning with his childhood. Just scroll down to NOV 13, 2000 on the webpage, Snow Has Come Like A Garden. Mark is also a classical musican on the piano.
