*When* the hurt is physical

and you keep it physical

you will deal with it...,

the body takes care of it

and you will follow its directions.

When one does not mentally interfere,

one will heal...

*If* it is not physical hurt

it is suffering,

thus one can let go of it....,

one needs to 'clearly will' that though.

Only one's will and clarity can overcome mental interference.

Way harder indeed, than dealing with physical pain. It is *as though* the

body is under a spell, shut out *so to speak* from dealing with the original

pain autonomously and healingly.

One could say:

hurt *as* suffering

is mental interference

interfering with

the mental interference with physical pain

so as to exploit or manipulate a situation with the very pain

one does not want to let go off lest one cannot manipulate even more...

The 'spiel' of manipulation, a crooked way of dealing with the exploiting

spell binder.

A way of not letting the

body take care of things,

not to be whole,

not to be heal-thy,

not to be autonomous,

not to be free,

to be spell bound by and to the spell binder.

The cause of (all?) allopathic physical

and (all?) allopathic mental diseases...

Do not *feel* hurt,

when you are hurt...

Feeling is not always healing,

Feel healing,

Do not feel hurt.
