After reading your post again, you need to look carefully at what is

happening and figure out where the problems really stem from. By

this, I mean that you write a few times about your "Stomach" and gas.

But I suspect that the gas is generated in the intestines and the

problem is in the lower abdomen. Your stomach is on the left side of

your body in the lower part of the rib cage. Then again, maybe there

is air in your stomach. How is your breathing? Do you

hyperventilate? My earlier post was sent on the assumption (on my

part) that your problem involved the lower abdomen as you also mention

the lower back as part of the problem. In any case, if you are still

having problems at all, then perhaps a more detailed description would

be useful. I hope, however, that the problems are alleviated with one

or another of the many suggestions posted here. Terry. PS. Is there

HMO on MT Kailash?

Hi Terry,

Happy to report that l'm still breathing. And not hyperventilating

(can't recall ever doing that except for holotropic workshop long ago). l've

referred to it as stomach gas, but l'm not sure where it really comes from.

l sense this is getting a little better -- l'll see over the next couple days

(or rather, nites). No HMO or health benefits on MT Kailash --- one more

reason to limit exposure to western docs.
