Guest guest
Hi Gill - GMT is five hours ahead of EST. So 7 PM to 12 PM EST would be Midnight to 5 AM GMT. I know this because I am in the Eastern Time Zone, but we do work for a UK Company and so we have to keep adding that 5 hours to figure out if the Britishers are still at work or have knocked off for the day. Guest guest
Hi David, Thanks. Looks like I'll just have to be a bit earlier than everyone else, then! I'm generally fast asleep by midnight... gill > Hi Gill - > > GMT is five hours ahead of EST.
