Guest guest
I will try to post the Indian Tea recipe for stomach ailments for you Jerry. My mother always mentions it. It involves putting Fennel seeds, Ginger Root, Cinnamon, and a vitally important seed called Ajwain (usually available at Indian stores). It is supposed to cure all gas troubles within minutes and is especially helpful for those who overeat and then feel uncomfortable. It also tastes pretty good (to me). I will go to the store and get all the ingredients and make it myself and will report back on this. I hope others will share their family recipes as well. I am glad that Christiana is feeling better. She was at the retreat in the summer and is one of the warmest and the most sensitive and caring human being. We all send her our warm wishes and prayers. We will systematically start as a community meditating, contemplating, and having healing sessions from 7 to 12 in the evening everyday ( with 9 to 11 EST being core times). People can come in and out according to their convenience. We can vary the times on the weekends and make them in the mornings (7 to 12 in the morning) so that the time is more reasonable for those in Europe. Time is not critical as much as being aware of the compassion and love energy within and without and being that - limitlessly embracing all living beings everywhere. I have in mind certain meditations and reflections from my background. Other suggestions will be appreciated as well and we can draw from different religions and traditions and other approaches of our members. Love to all Harsha
