Guest guest
Dear Friends, After reading Whitewolf's most supremely beautiful poetry, I am prompted to share with you a poem that I wrote for my Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda. It in no way near touches the eloquence of Whitewolf's poetry, but it is from the heart. Guru's Grace Face fluid in movement, like water, unchanging as dark granite; Such is the beauty washed into my Guru's face by waters of Wisdom and winds of Truth. One look into His bottomless valley of Love, one look into His eyes bright with God, and I am consumed in ecstacy, carving my heart with joy and bathing the new wound in Bliss. The Guru's Grace is without equal. Crush me in Your Gracious glance; Wash me away, in the ocean of Your smile. I was inspired to write this after reading the article by Arthur Osborne that Harshaji posted a while back. That story of Ramana Maharshi broke down the floodgates of my heart, leaving me weeping in joy unimaginable. Thank you dear Harshaji for sharing that beautiful story.
