Guest guest
I hope you are also doing well Jerry with your stomach and gas problems. I just had a really heavy meal and need to climb up and down the stairs a few times. I have not forgotten the Tea recipe for gas problems and indigestion and will get to that some time soon. Have the monks come back to the house and given any advice? Let us know how you are. Wishing you well brother May warmth of goodness and compassion surround you always Love Harsha

Don't concern yourself with the tea on my account. Teas l've tried have only increased the gas. The monks haven't been any help either. The situation's a bit awkward, as they'd love to help, but they never know quite what to make of my problems. Tibetans virtually never have difficulties with k, you know -- at least l've never heard of it. Khuten Lama is due here in a couple days, and his presence (with his energy) exacerbated my condition last time, so l'm hoping it won't be as bad this week. l'm praying that somewhere in the midst of all this misery is a potential breakthrough, but l'd settle for a good night's sleep and something other than cream of wheat and tomato soup to eat. love, jerry

I read somewhere that belching involves release and reswallowing of air. Keeping the mouth open while belching makes it difficult to reswallow the air. Also try to relax completely. Just my two cents attempt. > ------------ Lots of Love, CyberDervish ``````````````````````````````````````````````
