Guest guest
\>> I have not forgotten the Tea recipe for gas problems and indigestion and will get to that some time soon. << Ah, now I remember. This is where I came in. T, tummies, and U therapy. : ) I may have also mentioned that I have troubles in this area, and am currently being looked at by a doctor who is considered to be the best diagnostician in the area. After a prolonged bout of illness (7 weeks) with profound nausea and dizzyness, I am much better. But last night I woke in the middle of the night so nauseated I could not sleep. (I am also thinking I may have to give up pizza.) Now after reading some of what people have had to say here about their kundalinis unexpectedly rearing up and/or awakening, I have begun to wonder about all my physical symptoms, even some that I have associated with my lifelong anxiety and more recent panic disorder. All my life I have had these "symptoms" ~ well, especially beginning in puberty. Sometimes I would get so high from the feeling of energy coursing through me. Sometimes this was a "good" feeling, as I have recounted here already, where I felt At One with All. Sometimes it was unsettling and disturbing, with just feelings of my head being so big and energy moving through me; my hands and feet would get numb and tingly, and then, after awhile, would often go numb. Of course, these "symptoms" can, and probably do relate to my childhood experiences. At the same time, due in part to these experiences and/or to my response to them, and/or to the gifts (creative) I was given, I was opened up very early to experiencing what I now have come to believe are spiritual states. I am wondering if any of these experiences may be related to kundalini energy that I have only known how to experience, "ride" out, and make sense of through my songs and music. Perhaps I need a kundalini doctor. What do you all think? Blessings ~ Linda

Yes, it sounds like Kundalini. When we talk about active Kundalini, we really mean physically active. You may have Kundalini active at other levels for years before it goes physical... like the feeling of energy coursing through you. The big head is typical. ) Tingly feet and hands seems to verge on the physical. When the K. is really active physically, it is _very_ physical. When it happened to me, I was totally amazed... I just never knew it could actually be such a physical thing. I mean, orgasm is a brief taste of it. >Of course, these "symptoms" can, and probably do relate to my childhood >experiences. Kundalini moving on the higher planes... you can be a very spiritual person and very developed without having physically active K. It really isn't something that you _must_ have. >Perhaps I need a kundalini doctor. What do you all think? For physical problems, sure... it would be good if we could all have doctors who understand Kundalini. Unfortunately, they're scarce as hens' teeth... it isn't taugtht in med school. I recommend reading _Kundalini Experience_ by Lee Sannella, who IS an M.D. - probably the only "kundalini doctor" I know of. Have a look at El Collie's "Shared transformation" website. She has links to emergency services and people who will find help when it's needed. http://users.aol.com/ckress/st.html Love, Dharma
