Guest guest Posted March 30, 2001 Report Share Posted March 30, 2001 the lover’s hunger “His strength shall be driven by hunger and destruction shall be at his side.” -Job 18.12 Oh my readers, i beg and implore and beseech you come let us seek the beloved together come with me, come let us follow the beloved, come with me into the rock garden together we will destroy the chaos in our minds raking the rangling delusions of our bent thoughts into neat furrows barren of sweet juicy mortality come with me in the stony garden of the beloved come let us play among the boulders together we will create a new order in our hearts chisel and polish erratic dreams of our broken desire create a secret abode where nothing can always abide come with me let us play as titans pitching thunderbolts come let us satisfy our immortal hunger for my love for the beloved is stronger than marble it is stronger than the chaos and order in the garden it is love hunger bitten, implacable and will not move come stop with me. come let us breathe together come let us suck the aether of pure marble let us sit the sitting of eternal stillness as gems of fire let us breathe the dark fluidity of chaos into silence the chaos of silence into the brilliant fluidity of order blessed are we when we do hunger and thirst when we do thirst and hunger we are blessed for higher love the beloved promises the lover the beloved is one who completes the straight line who carves the farrows gently, tenderly, so softly rakes that which is straight into a circle of fullness when we do thirst and hunger we are blessed blessed are we when we do hunger and thirst for the love promised by the beloved her lover for the beloved’s love is endless as a first circle begetting another circle within another circle again circles spiraling all the way and all the way down What, my reader you beg and plead that way is too hard the rocks in the garden many, heavy and hard Silly you, your strength is already bitten by hunger and chaos is already being destroyed inside the love you feel is the love of the beloved and it must needs arise come with me into the rock garden at least follow me as i follow my true beloved come, come abide with me as i abide in my beloved _ Hail Maria, Goddess of Water and the silvery Moon Queen of the Garden of Birth becoming Death arising Arising from nothing into something into divine love Pray for us who are bitten with hunger for higher love mark christopher valentine (march 30, 2001) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
