Laughing too (in between bouts of crying), Mark Sometimes when the ego cries, the spirit is laughing.... The other day, while I was in despair of someone judging me as "not knowing" what or who I am, and making me feel like an unknowing child...... My ego was crying......... But my spirit was saying, " I am I am I am I am I am" and began laughing.... It was then I realized , " I am, and no one can take that from me" so in that moment I was crying and laughing.
