Was he waiting for the pastry cart? No, both of these people were looking for the truth. It became all that mattered to them. They were willing to die to find it. More than that they were willing to give up every idea and belief about the truth. Are you? :-) The universe is filled with unbounded joy. Right here, right now. Discover it for yourself. Discover the truth of the origional mind. Why do you hold back? Are your concepts and beliefs so precious to you? Your most precious concept of your separation keeps you deluded. Do you imagine for even one moment that there is a personal god who has created a you separate from all that is? Examine this foolishness with an honest and open willingness. You may begin to laugh!
