Admittedly, its probably behind such self preservation issues as fight or flight responses, but it is also the name of the wall we construct between all other living creatures that says 'I'm separate from you'. << Pam, everything you said about ego made perfect sense to me, mySelf, and I. (I'm sorry...all the Scorpios on the list have been talking about how they've been...hmmm...something...anyhow, I am also a Scorpio and have been wondering since I read what the others said if this is why I've been reacting to old programs so intensely recently...and...I am not meaning to sound flip; it is only a little bit of my gladness sneaking back in around the reactions I've been having.) Anyhow, I do feel that when I react, it is ego (the part that says I am separate from the "other"), and, if I follow my reactions, they are always, sooner or later, about fear, no matter what the surface layer is yammering into my brain.
