Guest guest
>> "I am the Self, Oh Gudakesa, dwelling in the heart of every being; I am the beginning, middle, and also end of all beings." Periodically, I will be commenting on different aspects of this verse. In Advaita, consciousness is the experimenter, consciousness is the laboratory, and the consciousness itself is also the outcome. << Dear Harsha ~ reading your comments on the quote and regarding the "Gudakesa" of Arjuna was like balm on a wound, and I also feel humbled by hearing this truth. I referred to Arjuna in my post about , and, as I indicated there, make no claim to be in that place (except as we are all there, even when we don't realize it). Life, Maya, Shakti ~ these are also the laboratory in which I am cooking. Sometimes I perk along nicely, sometimes I get burned, and occasionally I may throw off a flame or two, praying that no one will get scorched. Ah well...I look forward to your continued commentary on this with great interest. Shanti ~ Linda P.S. For some reason reading your words brought the chorus to one of my songs to my mind... "We carry the hope, like a flame, it burns bright, like a star blooming in the night. And it holds the Seed; and it heals the need. It is the Power that makes everything all right."
