CFS/ME and Kundalini, was: any support?

I used to have ME/CFS, not as seriously as your friend does, but bad enough

that I spent my time in a reclining chair in front of my computer and

walked with 2 canes to go as far as a few houses away. In 1996-7 I

recovered from it... the successful rising and control of my Kundalini was

a part of the recovery process.

 

As Jill says, there seems to be a definite connection of Kundalini with

ME/CFS, but at this point no one can say exactly what it is. El Collie of

It has been extreeeeemely quiet in recent months because I got so involved

in happenings in my own life and neglected the list. Now I'm back and

trying to get it going again.

 

Your friend is welcome on KCFS. There she can talk with people who have

similar problems and get some help. I understand her intolerance to energy

work and healing... we make no attempt to "send" anything, unless someone

asks for healing energy. Just suggestions and methods for coping with her

problem and helping herself. My own healing came from a combination of

things... a radical diet change, the rise of Kundalini, help from a

chiropractor, learning an excellent method of clearing blocks (whatever is

impeding the flow of energy in the bodies), and perhaps towards the end,

help from a hands-on healer.

There must have been injections too... part of the trouble may have been

from medication.
