... 'being caught in intrigueing thought and verbiage.

... it seems to me, that some of us, become terribly proficient at

fabricating koan-like cryptic thinking/'wisdom', that we smack the

other with, in the name of 'killing the ego'...

and supreme wisdom, and simplicity.

The Advaita-mind-full person, can be excellent at riding on and

changing between 2 different ('non-dual') sets of trails..

like (1) "there is Only That,.. Only Consciousness, all the rest is

also that, so why do you bother to make a problem out of it ?.. when

it (the rest) really does not exist.. your pain, Hitler, your

thoughts of a chockolate cake, your cancer or your boss'..

which are also That",..

... a kind of mashing all the ingredients/vegetables into a blob of a

Soup-Only..:

"thinking is out,silly!".. the undeferientiated Soup is the real

thing,..

... a powerfull tool, to deliver an effective 'you're an idiot'-

classification...

and if your mind is not as subtle/clever with words as the

deliverer's, then you might tend to succumb into your new status as a

hopeless and dualistic idiot.(to which they would say: 'that's

fine !,.. that's also That'.

 

...but, (2) according to their (the experts') convenience, they

quickly can indulge in the 'vegges' and thinking..just to confound

the listener.. and perhaps impress... ("it's all Consciousness, so

why not ?",.. But If -you- do it, then you don't do it right (non-

dualistically)...!)

And most likely, they _do_ sincerely feel/think, that

they 'understand/know'.

 

And to these 2 thinking-trails, one can always say: 'so what, these

are also That, .. very simple, you dummy !'..

and that's that.

... but I doubt, a tricky self-deluding mind, is 'simple'..

... it seems to me to be, just another case of an 'efficient' Paradigm.

 

I do not criticize anyone, and I do not say that some do not 'know'..

but often, it smells to me more and more of a rather mean/tortureous-

ego-game going on, in the name of non-dualism...

(politicians are experts at that..)

which to a 'normal' human, would sound like a non-sane mad-house ..

... which might very well, actually be.
