For me it starts at the top of myhead (crown) and goes through my body and out the feet and hands. It feelslike electricity or an energy vibration. I also have been getting "hotflashes" several times a day. This energy has been increasing so I amgetting concerned. The more concerned I get the more fears are coming up.Iguess I need encouragement. I am alittle afraid which I realize fear is theopposite of love. Help!Sherri ******* Hi Sherry... Sounds like kundalini to me and all part of the process. Awareness and knowledge of the processes will be most helpful. When love is invited into your life, anything that is not of love has to come up and out - a sort of regurgitation. It can be interesting and dramatic to observe! (ahhhh... just another fear... to look at and decide if you want to keep this fear in your life, or give it up and let it go). Love has no opposite - all there is is Love/God. So what is not of love WILL come up and out. It can be a beautiful process when you understand that even the fear of kundalini and/or what is occurring is just that... fear.
