The discovery that one is comes bit by bit. Eventually every being sooner or later (not in human terms of time) discovers that one is a being (sattva) of light (bodhi). We may slowly recover our original purity of divine energy again... (Divine energy used to be called spirit,) It has taken a long time to get hidden by obfuscation through confusion and being made to feel separate, left out in the dark. It takes time, and that is OK, for the inner light of truth to shine out again... from the inside out and outwards... throughout... Indeed each of us (from particle to corpuscle to the largest conglomerate of particles and corpuscles) is divine energy... per se, intrinsically... A bodhisattva recognizes that throughout and reminds everything in its environment of such... Love, Wim PS >From a dictionary: .. Bo·dhi·satt·va. One whose essence is enlightenment. From bodhi - light of truth and sattva - being. .. Bo·dhi·satt·va. A being who compassionately refrains from entering nirvana in order to save others....(Don't worry about this.... Wim.) .. Bo·dhi·satt·va. A deity worshipped in Mahayana Buddhism (Don't worry about that either... Wim.)
