They even march right into death itself with a grin on their face, thinking that God in Heaven is gonna save them, without ever bothering to stop and look to themselves. Is there any wonder why Ramana's eyes always look wet. Sheesh! Guest guest
Well put Danji. All structures are the outcome and the workings of the mind. They simply reflect the ongoing patterns of organizing thought. Truth entirely transcends thoughts and the relative mind so the foundation for all structures as something apart from the Truth (Self) is seen to be non-existent. Love Harsha Enjoying the resonation, my friend Harsha. You are a force-ful guy! Structures come from structures and result in structures. They can be broken down infinitely, or added to infinitely. Structureless truth can't be broken down or added to. All structurings arise interdependently with each other and with structureless reality. Thus, all forms of organization are transitional, all structures are simultaneously empty and full. Love, Dan
Guest guest
Hi Tim and all, >There seems to be some 'self deception' going on in the name of 'Bhakti' on >the list. > >There are those ready to "defend" Sri Ramana Maharshi at every turn if >"something bad" had been perceived said, even though he left the body years >ago. > >Who the hell is being defended? There is a religious aspect to this list.... it is no longer >a Satsangha, it is a religion now. Soon there will be "Priests of >Ramanaism." The rot has started. --------------- I see nothing improper about Ramana's devotees being devoted to Ramana. And I find his teachings of great value and beauty. No one here has suggested that I should also devote myself to Ramana. Or that I should not find other teachings of great value and beauty. There is room for us all in this sangha. May we all walk in beauty. Love, Dharma
