Guest guest
Hi again, Since I have my pali dictionary out, I came across Nibbanaupassana-nana. This is 'Contemplation of aversion' and is one of the 18 chief kinds of insight. I sensed a tad bit of aversion to "despair", "holes" and various forms of meaningless life, although that may be only my own projection. So, really, you had a great day of insight practice. A "nana" in vipassana is a "stage" on a very concrete meditation path. So if you thought you were no-where -you were actually very somewhere. You just needed a dictionary/map. Aversion as insight just means one is letting go of stuff not useful. Joyce
