As you know, I am traiing 'my own way', trying to explore and experiment without being influenced that much by trends. For a while now (two months) I explore my body from the inside, using my thought as a finger. At first, the feeling is blurred and numb. Sometimes it gets more precise. Sometimes it really acts as a finger, bringing to life, that is to sensation I mean, regions that were not consciously aware precedently. I slowly progress. Anyone experimented that ?
