Meditation is getting above and beyond the mind, so the less disturbed the mind the easier it is. This is why in Hinduism the best day for meditation is between the moons, when it exerts the least influence on the mind. Sivrathri the night of Siva. In fact a high holy day is known as Mahasivrathri. This is about true meditation, if you are into experiences then the full moon will help you. Meditation is no experiences. OM Namah Sivaya.....Tony.
