Guest guest Posted May 11, 2001 Report Share Posted May 11, 2001 dear vicki and tony.... dont't know who wrtoe this...but, could have me or was it mira.....for that is how it was when we met at San Francisco airport last week for the first time.....just like that.....time literally seemed to stop in the sense that is ceased to have any significance.....each moment was an eternity of bliss.....and now, temporarily separated again by 5000 miles the distance seems insignifiance.....the bond remains.....i am connected to mira, mira in to me in a way that defies language.....the mental connection stands outside of time.....we seem to know have many of the same thoughts right down to such a fine point we will even find outselves typing the same word(s) simulataneously in an icq chat session.....happens so often it is too common to attribute to mere coincidence....nothing is the only thing that is as strange as life.....and why not.....love arisies out of nothing into something......and for give me but just what is "a savikalpa description" for those of us not so intimate with hinduism....^^~~~~~ further up and further in, white wolfe > > The brain has passed into a state of complete suspension, > > as it does in deep sleep,yet there is not the slightest loss > > of consciousness. Telepathy doesn't happen in a vaccuum. There is no vaccuum. A Savikalpa samadhi is where there is meditation on the Self but with attributes and effort to maintain it. This experience of Brunton's on first observation seems to be his way of describing that state, or perhaps the state immediately prior. There is no way of knowing it is so subjective, it may have been a movement of the prana or what is known as kundalini experience.( much misunderstood). Only Brunton really knows......ONS Tony.
