Poor you! So then you're doing all those things while other people are sleeping. ) Here in the US we have that problem just within our own country... I'm on the West Coast, and my daughter's almost on the East Coast... a three-hour time difference. If I don't remember to call her really early, it's too late and she's already in bed. You know where it does make a problem, is in trying to set up something like group meditation with people who are in various parts of the world. But fortunately, with meditation you can just say, Tune into the group any time, and it'll be the right time! ) It does work.
