Guest guest
Namaste All, There are a lot of pig poets out there. Once upon a time Indra the God decided to try being a pig. He had a pig wife and pig children and wallowed in the mud and was happy. In fact he forgot altogether that he was a God. Then his cohorts came along and killed the pig and Indra regained his consciousness as a God...what a dream. Animals at all levels have wives and children for exactly the same reason human animals do. Sex is a bodily function, that only exists in the material world. It is as dirty or as beautiful as anything else. Depends on your attitude to it. Being a primeval animal instinct it has a great tendency to cause people to be attached to it, that is always the impediment in everything---attachment and reverse attachment or aversion. It is in fact probably the strongest of attachments and one of the most difficult to overcome. Most human love is attachment whether it is with a partner or with children. Where are all your previous millions of wives/husbands and children? Most children are actually 'pet humans'. I know of no-one who has achieved mukti through the tantra alone. I am talking of the common sexual distortion of the tantra of course. People go through all kinds of gymnastics talking of siva/sakti etc. Most is just convenient rationalisation of behaviour. Love is God and God is Love, Love is an energy in illusion. But it is not indulgence or attachment. It is not warm fuzzies etc etc. That's just emotion. Love is a deeper thing altogether. Warm fuzzie poetry is pig poetry! I don't mean to offend anyone here, but this isn't the K-list with all the variety over there. Neither am I responding for approval or for people to like me. I am indifferent to that, I am just responding. OM Namah Sivaya......Tony.

The miracle of Enlightenment is that it includes everything that you ever thought wasn't Enlightenment. Once you realize the all inclusive nature of existence, there is no experience that you need to avoid nor disparage. Divinity is everywhere. You cannot even look anywhere where it is not.
