Guest guest Posted May 21, 2001 Report Share Posted May 21, 2001 dear tonysan & company....methinks i am so amused with tony and this whole thread because he is me as i used to be....too well read, too self-consious, too conceited....this whole thread reminds me of my 'hamlet' period which is one of my favorites....'to be (relaized or not to be (realzied)....that is the (noble) question....whether 'tis nobler in the (mystic) mind to suffer the slings and arrows out outrageous fortrune (the purpose of my sullied sarcasm and pig poetry is make realize that we just as we are) or by opposing (deluded mind) end them (everything arises even as it ends)......the end is in sight....the dark night of the soul ends when we become like king lear (an older still not wise hamlet) who discovers that "nothing will come of nothing".....blind he straps himself to a "wheel of fire" and convinces himself that "my tears burn my cheeks"....no duh?...eventually, it is our sullied but "manifest destiny" to eventually get burned "if we are too much in the sun"....carry your cross (suffering) long enough in your quest to climb the seemingless engless mount golgotha (death, despair, longing to be realized, etc.) and you discover that you do not need it....then, you throw it down in favor of embracing the love of the darkness you have attempted to avoid....and you realize along with t.s. eliott that "in my end is my beginning"...whcih reminds me i need to go write some more pig poetry to my beloved dark one now....i send you love, joy, peace, equanimity.....gassho....i salute the buddha in you to be (you already are one, silly!).....^^~~~~ further up and further in (no were else to go), white wolfe whit Om Namah Sivaya > > >Tony: > > > My destiny is to become 'realised'.
