Sunderasa Iyer , a devotee , heard that he was to be transferred

to another town and complained in his grief ,

"Forty years I have been with Sri Bhagavan and now I am to be

sent away . What shall I do away from Bhagavan ?"

 

"How long have you been with Bhagavan", he was asked.

"Forty years."

Then turning to the devotees , Sri Bhagavan said ,

"Here is someone who has been listening to my teachings

for forty years and now says he is going away from Bhagavan!"
