Okay, I caught up with the list mail, sort of. Scanned it quickly last

night and probably missed a lot. I did get one thing. Wim really wants

Tony to come and see him. I say just go Tony but make sure to pour

your own mountain dew -- (that's an inside joke new members).

A colleague mentioned to me that the topic of yoga was on the evening

news. When I used to teach it back in the late 1970s, it was

considered mysterious and strange and was mostly popular among actors

and models in big cities like New York and Los Angles.

 

Mary Tyler Moore came for a while to the Health Club where I taught

yoga and relaxation. One time she came into one of my classes. She

was very respectful.

 

Life loves life because it recognizes and sees its own essence everywhere.

 

May our hearts be filled with kindness for all living beings. Meeting

and parting is the nature of life. Knowing it, we are moved to love

as best we can.
