(Who said that again?) I gave you Govinda's words because I value his knowledge, experience, insight, and use of words. I mentioned Mantak Chia's books, but decided not to quote. As I've mentioned before, I also quote a lot because I have a carpal tunnel problem at the moment and really have to limit my typing. This subject is known to me through personal experience. I teach a technique based on the 5 elements. I feel that I can recommend Govinda's book and Mantak Chia's book from my own experience.
