Guest guest
Oh Dear Me, (Funny how we sometimes say that to ourselves, and how true it is.) The following canticle was written and send to me by Lynette, a most wonderful friend, unbeknownst to her on the fifth anniversary of a for me most auspicious Pentecost, the realization of the presence of the Holy Spirit:http://www.ewtn.com/devotionals/pentecost/pent9.htm (Sorry about the bearded God picture, Augustine's expression "sons of eternal perdition" and other things that he couldn't have known then and that we know now.)This realization happened to me while I was in The Church of St. Agostino San Gimignano, Italy. http://www.sangimignano.com/sgago3.jpg The canticle graces our innermost being, with gratitude and love,The ONE we all share, living this human life divine, The ONE, from whom we all speak when we say: "I love..." ---------- One who walks among many with eyes that shine forth the truth, in love. One that speaks with the many with words of softness and compassion with a tongue tempered by love. One who dwells among many never condemning or diminishing the love that is seen in all. One who is the many Understands the pain, Sees the solution, and offers it freely without judgement, love is offered to all. The One who is guiding the many down a path already travelled to a deepness already understood for the sake of love, only love always love I honor the One, with love. -------- Thank you so very much, my dear Lynette...Love, Wim
