Guest guest
Hi David, I like your poem: "I like space. When you get too close I space out. I like space. Don’t touch me. Don’t hold me. Don’t let me go. I need your attention, elsewhere. Between you and I? We’re way too close. Farther than I imagined. Get away from me and allow us to envelope each other into nothingness. I like space. I like I" and feel like riffing... I'm like time, No, not like spice, although boys are nice I'm like time Well, in re-verse... No, not like spice, although girls are also very nice I'm like time... Well I should be terse: I'm afraid to repeat her She was a nurse... (If I were Bob Dylan, I'd go nuts here...) I've been recruited For a holy war I don't want this job I want so much more I want some penguins and elephants and I'd like some rice I want some completeness I want to be nice I want to do a cover version of Rupert Sheldrake's famous song about mice. I've been recruited For a holy war I don't want this job I want to touch more I'm like time Jumping from place to place I'm feeling fine (And I like space.) Sorry, I hoped it would be a country and western song to complement yours, but this is what came out. LOve, Mark
