The more things change the more they stay the same. Lots of fancy 'remedies' it seems. All too complicated for me. The remedy of watching ever present clinging and grasping of 'I" and 'mine' keeps me busy full time. But, when I sort that out, I'll surely give the list the benefit of my advice and opinion. Actually, this simple remedy keeps me with the 'Beloved" wherever I find myself even in the forest of mind. I came across something on Rumi the other day, his vision quite cheers me up. "A doorway to eternity flickered open...and in one outrageous act of faith, Rumi dove through. In an instant of mystical annihilation, fire met fire, ocean met ocean, and Rumi fell into pure being. Later he would say, "What I once thought of as God I met today as a human being." Three cheers for all outrageous acts of faith! May we all take the leap! Joyce heading for the woods to meditate with the beloved until this one >blows over....^^~~~~
